A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING A FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PLAN FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners desires to adopt a five-year
Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for the City of Paducah; and

WHEREAS, this Plan will be utilized as a planning tool for future requests
to fund new capital projects.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby adopts a five-year Capital
Improvement Plan, which plan will be reviewed and updated annually.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in force and effect from and after the date
of its adoption.
