A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER $50,000 FROM THE COMMISSION
CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE LOWER TOWN REVITALIZATION FUND
01 BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer $50,000, from the Commission Contingency account to the Lower Town
Revitalization Fund to be used for the Artist Relocation Program to further the
revitalization of the Lower Town Neighborhood.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
