A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE KENTUCKY COUNTY EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT SYSTEM FORM
7280 FOR EMPLOYEES TO USE PRE-TAX MONEY TO PURCHASE
RETIREMENT SERVICE CREDIT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby authorizes the Mayor to
execute Kentucky County Employee Retirement System Form 7280 for the 1073 unit
(non -hazardous duty) and A&73 unit (hazardous duty - Police & Fire). This form allows
employees to use pre-tax money to purchase retirement service credit.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
