A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 9 TO THE
COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH INSURANCE BENEFIT PLAN SUMMARY FOR
EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH
WHEREAS, by Municipal Order No. 799, adopted by the City of Paducah
011 on April 13, 1999, the City of Paducah adopted a Comprehensive Health Insurance
Benefit Plan Summary for fulltime employees of the City of Paducah, and
WHEREAS, the City desires to update this plan in order to include the
Four Rivers Center for Performing Arts municipal agency effective February 1, 2003.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah adopts Amendment No. 9 to the
Comprehensive Health Insurance Benefit Plan Summary for Employees of the City of
Paducah. This amendment is to include the eligible Four Rivers Center for Performing
Arts municipal agency full-time employees effective February 1, 2003.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
