The City of Paducah hereby accepts the transfer of real property located at 1909 Guthrie Avenue owned by Charles W. Holland and Rosemary Holland, husband and wife. SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the Consideration Certification for Deed for 1909 Guthrie Avenue authorized in Section 1 above. SECTION 3.
