A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
GRANT APPLICATION AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY THROUGH THE
KENTUCKY OFFICE OF HOMELAND SECURITY FOR FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF
$150,000, FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF A VULNERABILITY REDUCTION PLAN
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a grant application and
all documents necessary to obtain a 2005 Buffer Zone Protection Program grant through the
Kentucky Office of Homeland Security in the amount of $50,000, for funding to be used for
implementation of a Vulnerability Reduction Plan.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
