A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
AN APPLICATION AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A RENAISSANCE
ON MAIN GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $150,0000 THROUGH THE KENTUCKY
GOVERNOR'S OFFICE FOR LOCAL DEVELOPMENT, FOR FUNDING TO SPUR
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT THROUGH JOB CREATION IN DOWNTOWN
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a grant application and
all documents necessary for the 2005 Kentucky Renaissance on Main Grant in the amount of
$150,000 through the Kentucky Governor's Office for Local Development to be used spur
economic development through job creation in downtown of the City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
