Home My WebLink AboutMO # 1146MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1146 A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN APPLICATION AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A MATCHING GRANT THROUGH THE KENTUCKY GOVERNOR'S OFFICE FOR LOCAL DEVELOPMENT, FOR FUNDING TO BE USED FOR THE PADUCAH POLICE DEPARTMENT BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a matching fund grant application and all documents necessary through the Kentucky Governor's Office for Local Development in the amount of $26,480, for funding to be used for the Paducah Police Department to purchase body armor. The City's cash match will be approximately$21,520. SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its adoption. ATTEST: ammara S.
