A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A DEED AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR THE PURCHASE OF REAL
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 280 PECAN DRIVE IN THE AMOUNT OF $7,000 BY
THE CITY OF PADUCAH
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a deed and all
documents necessary for the purchase of real property located at 280 Pecan Drive in the
amount of $7,000.00 by the City of Paducah for the Pecan Drive/Buckner Lane Roadway
Improvement Project.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged through Project Account
ST0021.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
