A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO MAKE PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $300 TO SIRK
& COMPANY REALTY FOR APPRAISAL OF 403 NORTH SEVENTH STREET
C; WHEREAS, pursuant to Sec. 2-761 of the Paducah Code of Ordinances
approval by the Board of Commissioners is required for payment to Sirk and Company
Realty due to conflict of interest.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
make payment in the amount of $300 to Sirk & Company Realty for appraisal of 403
North Seventh Street.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
