A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER $10,000.00 FROM THE COMMISSION
CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT FOR
MARKETING OF THE DOWNTOWN/LOWERTOWN AREA
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer $10,000.00, from the Commission Contingency account to the Planning
Department for marketing of the Downtown/Lowertown area.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
