The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a deed and all documents necessary for the purchase of portion of real property located at 3566 Olivet Church Road in the amount of $13,000.00 by the City of Paducah for the Olivet Church Road Left Turn Lane Project. SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged through Project Account ST0027. SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its adoption.
