MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1206
A MUNICIPAL ORDER ESTABLISHING THE CITY OF PADUCAH
AS THE LOCAL REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR RE -USE OF THE
PADUCAH MEMORIAL UNITED STATES ARMY RESERVE CENTERS
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby names itself as the Local
Redevelopment Authority for the re -use of the Paducah Memorial United States Army
Reserve Center located at 2956 Park Avenue and Paducah #2 United States Army
Reserve Center located at 2001 North 12th Street.
SECTION 2. The purpose of this Authority is to explore community re-
use of the facility and create a Redevelopment Plan.
SECTION 3. The Authority hereby appoints David Frost of the City of
Paducah Planning Department as the contact to the Department of Defense Office of
Economic Adjustment (OEA).
SECTION 4. The City also authorizes and directs the Mayor to sign
required establishment documents.
SECTION 5. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
