A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION FOR A GRANT
IN THE AMOUNT OF $375,000.00, FROM THE KENTUCKY HOUSING CORPORATION
FOR A HOME GRANT TO BENEFIT THE FOUNTAIN AVENUE NEIGHBORHOOD
REVITALIZATION PROJECT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application and all
documents relating to same, requesting a grant in the amount of $375,000.00 from the Kentucky
Housing Corporation for a HOME Grant to benefit the Fountain Avenue Neighborhood
Revitalization Project. The City's local cash match is in the amount of $50,000.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
