A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION TO THE
KENTUCKY TRANSPORTATION CABINET FOR REIMBURSEMENT FUNDS IN THE
AMOUNT OF $500,0000 FOR A 2006 KENTUCKY TRANSPORTATION ENHANCEMENT
PROGRAM FOR THE GREENWAY TRAILS PROJECT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application and all
documents relating to same, to submit an application to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for
reimbursement funds in an amount up to $500,000. These funds will be used for the Greenway
Trails Project and will require a match of local funds.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
