MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1194
A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING "CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,
REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN FOR SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING"
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, to provide decent,
safe and sanitary rental housing assistance for eligible families and provide opportunities,
promote self-sufficiency and economic independence for Section 8 participants.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby adopts the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
Revised Administrative Plan for Section 8 Existing Housing in its entirety.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
