A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION FOR A
MATCHING GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,000,000, FROM THE GOVERNOR'S
OFFICE FOR LOCAL DEVELOPMENT FOR A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK
GRANT FOR THE FOUNTAIN AVENUE NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION PROJECT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application and all
documents relating to same, requesting a matching grant in the amount of $1,000,000.00 from
the Governor's Office for Local Development for a Community Development Block Grant for
the Fountain Avenue Neighborhood Revitalization Project.
SECTION 2. Local matching funds will be in the amount of $50,000.00.
SECTION 3. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
