A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
AN APPLICATION AND ALL DOCUEMNTS NECESSARY TO THE KENTUCKY
JUSTICE AND PUBLIC SAFETY CABINET FOR A 2006 KENTUCKY
COMMUNITY PREPAREDNESS REIMBURSEMENT GRANT IN THE AMOUNT
OF $10,000, FOR ELIGIBLE SECURITY EQUIPMENT PURCHASES FOR CITY
HALL
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application
and all documents necessary to the Kentucky Justice and Public Safety Cabinet for a
2006 Kentucky Community Preparedness Reimbursement Grant in the amount of
$10,000, for eligible security equipment purchases for City Hall.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
