A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION FOR A LAND
AND WATER CONSERVATION FUND GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,080.00,
THROUGH THE KENTUCKY GOVERNOR'S OFFICE FOR LOCAL DEVELOPMENT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application and all
documents relating to same, requesting a Land and Water Conservation Fund matching grant in
the amount of $10,080.00 through the Kentucky Governor's Office for Local Development
administered by the National Park Service. These funds will be used to resurface several
playground areas in Blackburn Park.
SECTION 2. Local matching funds will be in the amount of $10,080.00 cash or
in-kind donations.
SECTION 3. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
