A MUNICIPAL ORDER AMENDING THE WELLNESS PROGRAM
FOR FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AND SPOUSES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby amends the Wellness
Program for full-time employees and spouses to include the following:
Include biometrics (lab values) as part of the employees
requirement to complete a Health Risk Assessment.
2. Increase wellness incentives for participation in the program from
$300 employee/$300 spouse to $1,000 employee/$1,000 spouse.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
