MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1216
PORTION OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2730 JAMES SANDERS
BOUELEVARD AND/OR 4555 VILLAGE SQUARE DRIVE, AND AUTHORIZING
Imo` THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby approves the transfer of a
portion of property known as 2730 James -Sanders Boulevard and/or 4555 Village Square
Drive to be used as a permanent right-of-way for the Pecan Drive -Buckner Lane
Roadway Improvement Project.
SECTION 2. That the property authorized in Section 1 above, heretofore
approved for transfer, is more particularly described as follows:

PERMANENT RIGHT OF WAY
Being a portion of property known as 2730 James -Sanders
Blvd. and/or 4555 Village Square Dr., Paducah, McCracken
County, Kentucky, and being more particularly described as
follows:
' Beginning at a point on the proposed right of way line 30.13
feet left of Village Square Drive station 34+75.00; Thence
with the proposed right of way line N 9037'54" E, 34.87 feet
to a point on the proposed right of way line 65.00 feet left of
Village Square Drive station 34+75.00; Thence with the
proposed right of way line S 80022'40" E, 89.16 feet to a
point on the proposed right of way line 65.00 feet left of
Village Square Drive station 35+64.17; Thence with the
proposed right of way line along an arc 11.32 feet to the
right, having a radius of 1665.00 feet, the chord of which is S
80010'58" E, 11.32 feet to a point on the eastern property
line 65.00 feet left of Village Square Drive station 35+75.16;
Thence with the eastern property line S 8012'24" W, 34.83
feet to a point on the Village Square Drive existing right of
way 30.19 feet left of Village Square Drive station 35+76.24;
Thence with the Village Square Drive existing right of way
line N 80022'34" W, 101.40 feet to a point on the proposed
right of way line 30.13 feet left of Village Square Drive
station 34+75.00; and the Point of Beginning.
The above-described parcel contains 0.0809 acres (3,522 sq
ft).
Being a portion of the same tract of land conveyed to the
Grantor by deed dated January 25, 2002, which is duly
recorded in Deed Book 972 Page 528 in the office of the
County Clerk of McCracken County, Kentucky.

SECTION 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a deed and any
necessary documents relating to same to accept the property from Paducah Bank and
Trust Company.
SECTION 4. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
