A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A QUITCLAIM DEED AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR THE
PURCHASE OF REMNANT PROPERTY LOCATED AT 245 PECAN DRIVE IN THE
AMOUNT OF $6,750 BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a quitclaim deed
and all documents necessary for the purchase of 37,032 square feet of remnant property
located at 245 Pecan Drive in the amount of $6,750.00 by the City of Paducah for the
Pecan Drive -Buckner Lane Roadway Improvement Project.
ST0021.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged through Project Account
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
