A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER $30,600.00 FROM THE INVESTMENT
FUND ACCOUNT TO PADUCAH-MCCRACKEN COUNTY'S EMERGENCY
COMMUNICATION FUNDS FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR THE 800MHz
RADIO STUDY
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer $30,600, from the Investment Fund account to the 911 Communication
Equipment Project EQ0013 account for consulting services provided for integration of
the City and County 800 MHz radio systems.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
