MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1229
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN JAMES MARINE,
INC., AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR LEASE OF PROPERTIES LOCATED
BETWEEN KENTUCKY AVENUE, WASHINGTON STREET, THE TENNESSEE
RIVER AND THE FLOODWALL
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a Lease Agreement between James Marine, Inc., and the City of Paducah, Kentucky, for
the sum of two hundred twenty-five dollars ($225.00) per month for land located between
Kentucky Avenue, Washington Street, the Tennessee River and the floodwall.
SECTION 2. The term of the aforesaid lease authorized in Section 1
above shall be for one (1) year, with the option to renew for three additional one-year
periods.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
