A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO MAKE PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,000 TO THE
GREATER PADUCAH ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL FOR MARKETING
PADUCAH AS A VISIONARY CITY FOR ECONOMIC AND COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
make payment in the amount of $5,000, from the Economic Development Incentive
Reserve account to Greater Paducah Economic Development Council for marketing
Paducah as a visionary city for economic and community development through Platinum
Television Group. This project is in partnership with GPEDC, Convention and Visitors'
Bureau and the City.
SECTION 2. Funding for this expenditure is in project account ED0013.
SECTION 3. Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
