A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE SALE OF REAL
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2526 TENNESSEE STREET IN THE AMOUNT OF
$2,505 TO BESSIE PREKLAS AND EDWARD J. AND TERESA PREKLAS
WHEREAS, pursuant to 2-668 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, a written determination has been made by the City Manager that the
City does not have any use at this time or in the future for property located at 2526
Tennessee Street, which constitutes surplus real estate.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby approves the sale of real
property located at 2526 Tennessee Street for and in consideration of $2,505 to Bessie
Preklas and Edward J. and Teresa Preklas.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a deed and any
necessary documents relating to same to complete the sale of the real property approved
in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
