MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1249
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION FOR A
2006 UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN
DEVELOPMENT NEIGHBORHOOD INITIATIVE GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF
$2,970,000, FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH'S RIVERFRONT REDEVELOPMENT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application
and all documents relating to same, requesting a 2006 United States Department of
Housing and Urban Development Neighborhood Initiative Grant in the amount of
$2,970,000, for the City of Paducah's Riverfront Redevelopment.
SECTION 2. No match is required.
SECTION 3. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
