A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO MAKE PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,500 TO
THE RIVER CITY MISSION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A SEWER LINE
EXTENSION
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
make payment in the amount of $10,500, from the Commission Contingency account to
the River City Mission for construction of a sewer line extension. This project is in
partnership with McCracken County Fiscal Court.
SECTION 2. Funding for this expenditure is in the River City Mission
project account.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
