A MUNICIPAL ORDER AWARDING THE PROJECT -BASED VOUCHER
CONTRACT TO FOUR RIVERS RECOVERY CENTER D/B/A CENTERPOINT OF

WHEREAS, in 2005, Governor Earnie Fletcher created the Recovery Kentucky
Program which is designed to help residents with substance abuse issues and;
WHEREAS, Four Rivers Behavioral Health, located in Paducah, Kentucky, will
operate a recovery center to be located at 530 County Park Road, in Paducah, Kentucky and;
WHEREAS, Four Rivers Behavioral Health has requested twenty (20) project —
based vouchers from the City of Paducah's Section 8 Program to assist future residents. Request
for Proposals were published on February 10, 2007, with only one proposal submitted.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby awards Twenty (20) Project -Based
Vouchers to Four Rivers Recovery Center d/b/a Centerpoint of Paducah for use with the
Kentucky Recovery Program, said proposal being in substantial compliance with proposal
specifications and as contained in the proposal of Four Rivers Recovery Center d/b/a Centerpoint
of Paducah dated February 27, 2007.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
