A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,
REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN FOR SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, to provide decent,
safe, and sanitary rental housing assistance for eligible families and provide opportunities,
promote self-sufficiency, and economic independence for Section 8 participants and;
WHEREAS, the Section 8 Housing Program is required by federal regulations to
review and revise the Administrative Plan to reflect changes in federal regulations, policies
and/or local initiatives.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby adopts the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
Revised Administrative Plan for Section 8 Existing Housing in its entirety.
