MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1271
A MUNICIPAL ORDER NAMING MAYOR'S DESIGNEE TO BOARD
OF HOUSING AUTHORITY OF PADUCAH
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
I SECTION 1. Pursuant to KRS 80.030, the Honorable William F. Paxton,
Mayor of the City of Paducah, hereby names Patrick White as his designee to the Board
of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of Paducah with authority to vote as his
proxy when the Mayor is unable to attend Housing Authority meetings. Patrick White
shall continue to serve as Mayor's designee until July 22, 2008. In the Mayor's absence
he shall act as a voting member of the Board pursuant to KRS 80.020 et seq. but, may not
give his proxy to any other person.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
