A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A
DONATION OF A REMOTE FIRING DEVICE FROM PHOENEX FUELS TO BE
UTILIZED IN THE EXPLOSIVE ORDNANCE UNIT IN THE PADUCAH POLICE
DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby accepts the donation of a
remote firing device from PhoenEx Fuels to be utilized in the Explosive Ordnance Unit in
the Police Department.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
