MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1257
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR THE APPLICATION OF A GRANT FROM THE
KENTUCKY COMMERCIAL MOBILE RADIO SERVICES BOARD FOR A DISPATCH
RADIO CONSOLE
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application and all
documents relating to same, requesting a grant in the amount of $175,193.00 through the
Kentucky Commercial Mobile Radio Services Board. These funds will be administered by the
Paducah -McCracken County Emergency Services Board and will be used to replace and upgrade
the dispatch radio console in the 911 building. No match is required.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
