MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1263
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH EMPLOYEE BENEFIT CLAIMS OF
WISCONSIN FOR THE HEALTHIER YOU PROGRAM
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an
agreement with Employee Benefit Claims of Wisconsin for the "Healthier You" program
effective February, 2007.
SECTION 2. The City of Paducah will pay to EBC a fee of $6.50 per
employee, per month for said services authorized in Section 1 above.
