A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION FOR A
COMMUNITY FUND PROGRAM GRANT FROM THE GOVERNOR'S OFFICE FOR
LOCAL DEVELOPMENT FOR THE HOTEL METROPOLITAN MUSEUM RESTORATION
PROJECT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application and all
documents relating to same, requesting a Kentucky Governor's Office for Local Development
Community Fund Program Grant in the amount of $50,000 on behalf of the Hotel Metropolitan
to be used as part of the local matching funds on the Museum's Save America's Treasures
Award. The City will be designated the award recipient and act as the fiscal agent for the
Museum.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
