a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners herd in the Commission
Cbambers at City Hall at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, June 1, 1989, Mayor Montgomery
_presided, and upon cell of the roll, the following answered to their names: Com-
missioners Coleman, Grumley, Keeling, Leeper, and Mayor Montgomery (5).
Commissioner Leeper offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Keeling, that
the executed copies of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 7:00 p.m.,
Thursday, June 1, 1989, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas
Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Keeling, Leeper and Mayor Montgomery (5).
Commissioner Leeper offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Keeling, that
a resolution entitled, "A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING THE IMPORTANCE OF THE
REHABILITATION TAX CREDIT TO PRESERVA'T'ION ACTIVITY IN KENTUCKY AND SUPPORTING
REPORTS TO RETAIN AND IMPROVE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE TAX CREDIT", be adopted. Adopted
on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Keeling, Leeper and Mayor
Montgomery (5)
Commissioner Leeper offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Keeling, that
the Board of Commissioners go into Executive Session for discussions which might
lead to the appointment, discipline or dismissal of an individual employee. Adopted
on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Keeling Leeper and Mayor
Montgomery (5).
At the conclusion of the Executive Session the Board reconvened in the
Commission Chambers, whereupon the Mayor announced there was no further business.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
