HomeMy WebLinkAboutMO # 1286MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1286 A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICE FEE GRANT FROM THE KENTUCKY JUSTICE CABINET FOR IN -CAR CAMERAS BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary to obtain a Law Enforcement Service Fee Grant from the Kentucky Justice Cabinet in the amount of $7,492.00. This amount represents 75% of the total cost for purchase and installation of two in -car cameras for use by the Paducah Police Department in their driving under the influence enforcement efforts. The City will be responsible for the remaining 25% of the cost which is $2,498.00. These funds will come from the next Fiscal Year budget. SECTION 2.
