A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER $5,000 FROM THE COMMISSION
CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE CITY'S WORLD WAR II MEMORIAL

BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer $5,000.00, from the Commission Contingency account to the City's World War
II Memorial account to provide support for the World War II Memorial project.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
