MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1305
A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING A REVISED SCHEDULE OF
FEES AND CHARGES FOR SOLID WASTE PICK UP PURSUANT TO THE SOLID
WASTE ORDINANCE, CHAPTER 94, SOLID WASTE, OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY TO INCREASE
RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL RATES
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. By Municipal Order the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Paducah hereby establishes a revised schedule of fees and charges attached hereto
for solid waste pick up that will increase residential and commercial rates, pursuant to the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, Chapter 94, Solid Waste
Ordinance.
SECTION 2. The rates adopted herein shall be effective on bills rendered
on or after July 1, 2007.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
