MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1297
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AMENDING THE CLASSIFICATION/PAY
SCHEDULE TABLE FOR CITY OF PADUCAH EMPLOYEES
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Classification/Pay Schedule Table for employees
of the City of Paducah is hereby amended to implement 3% salary increases.
SECTION 2. The salary increases shall be effective July 1, 2007.
SECTION 3. This Order will be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.

*A police officer who is regularly assigned to investigative duties in the Drug and Vice Enforcement Unit (D.A.V.E.), as a detective,
K-9 officer, Emergency Response Team member, Crisis Intervention Team member, Accident Reconstruction Team member
or bomb technician by the Chief of Police and with the approval of the City Manager, shall after the first thirty (30) days of such
assignment, receive additional compensation of forty dollars ($40) per bi-weekly pay period effective December 29, 1992. Special
duty pay shall be discontinued upon reassignment of a police
officer to duties other than those described above.
