A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN PADUCAH &
LOUISVILLE RAILWAY, INC., AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR USE OF
PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF MARTIN LUTHER KING JR DRIVE
AND NORTH NINTH STREET
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a License Agreement between Paducah & Louisville Railway, Inc., and the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, for the sum of one dollar ($1.00) for land located at the corner of
Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and North Ninth Street for constructing and maintaining a
sculpture/sign.
SECTION 2. The term of the aforesaid license agreement authorized in
Section 1 above shall be for a period of ten (10) years commencing upon execution of the
date of the agreement.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
