A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING A RESIDENTIAL ANTI -
DISPLACEMENT AND RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PLAN, AND PROCUREMENT
CODE FOR THE RECOVERY CENTER COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
PROGRAM FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY AND AUTHORIZES THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE PLAN DOCUMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah adopted Ordinance No. 2013-6-8039 accepting
the Community Development Block Grant from the Kentucky Department for Local Government
for the CDBG Recovery Program; and
WHEREAS, the Kentucky Department for Local Government requires the
adoption of a project -specific Residential Anti -Displacement and Relocation Assistance Plan,
and Procurement Code; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to proceed with the requirement and authorize the
Mayor to affirm the adoption of this project specific plan.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby adopts a Residential Anti -Displacement
and Relocation Assistance Plan for the CDBG Recovery Center Program from the Kentucky
Department for Local Government in its entirety and authorize the Mayor to execute the plan
documents.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
