MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1328
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER $5,000.00 FROM THE ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT RESERVE ACCOUNT TO THE BIODIESEL PROJECT ACCOUNT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer $5,000, from the Economic Development Reserve Account to the Biodiesel
project account.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
