A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING A COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH
INSURANCE BENEFIT PLAN SUMMARY FOR FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH FOR THE 2008 CALENDAR YEAR
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah adopts a comprehensive health
insurance benefit plan summary for full-time employees of the City of Paducah for the
2008 calendar year as attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
