MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1327
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO MAKE PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,000 TO THE
MCCRACKEN COUNTY COMMUNITY CAREER ENDOWMENT, INC., FOR
SCHOLARSHIPS AND TO TRANSFER SAID AMOUNT FROM COMMISSION
CONTINGENCY
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
make payment in the amount of $5,000, from the Commission Contingency account to
McCracken County Community Career Endowment, Inc. to be used for scholarships.
SECTION 2. Funding for this expenditure shall be from the McCracken
County Community Career Endowment, Inc. project account.
SECTION 3. Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
