MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1325
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AMENDING THE CLASSIFICATION/PAY
SCHEDULE TABLE AND TABLE 3 TO CREATE AND RECLASSIFY POSITIONS
WITHIN THE FINANCE AND PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENTS
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Classification/Pay Schedule Table and Table 3 are
hereby amended to reflect the following:
1) Create the position of Payroll Accountant (range 57)
2) Reclassify one Right -of -Way Maintenance Person position (range
54) to a Traffic Technician position (range 55) thereby reducing
the number of ROW Maintenance positions from 9 to 8 and
increasing the number of Traffic Technician positions from 2 to 3.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.

'A police officer who is regularly assigned to investigative duties in the Drug and Vice Enforcement Unit (D.A.V.E.), as a detective,
K-9 officer, Emergency Response Team member, Crisis Intervention Team member, Accident Reconstruction Team member
or bomb technician by the Chief of Police and with the approval of the City Manager, shall after the first thirty (30) days of such
assignment, receive additional compensation of forty dollars ($40) per bi-weekly pay period effective December 29,
1992. Special
duty pay shall be discontinued upon reassignment of a police officer to duties other than those described above.
