A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER $25,000.00 FROM THE COMMISSION
CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE MUSEUM OF AMERICAN QUILTERS'
SOCIETY PROJECT ACCOUNT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer $25,000.00, from the Commission Contingency Account to the Museum of
American Quilters' Society Project Account for the 2008 Spring Quilt Show.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
