MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1370
A MUNICIPAL ORDER WAIVING PENALTY AND INTEREST FOR
MIKE SMITH TOYOTA (MDS, INC.) IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,632.81 IN REGARDS
TO JUNE 30, 2007 AND SEPTEMBER 30, 2007 QUARTERLY PAYROLL
WITHHOLDING TAX PAYMENTS.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky hereby waives penalty and interest applied per Code of Ordinances Section
106-184 and 106-186 for June 30, 2007 and September 30, 2007, quarterly payroll
withholding tax payments from Mike Smith Toyota (MDS, Inc.) in the amount of
$2,632.81. The Board further directs and authorizes the Finance Director to grant the
waiver.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect on and after the
date of its adoption.
