MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1369
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER $55,000.00 FROM THE COMMISSION
CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE MERRYMAN HOUSE PROJECT ACCOUNT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer $55,000.00, from the Commission Contingency Account to the Merryman House
Project Account to fulfill the obligation of the agreement between the City of Paducah
and Merryman House Domestic Crisis Center. Said agreement was approved and
adopted by Ordinance No. 2007-12-7369.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
