MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1368
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION FOR A 2008
LAND AND WATER CONSERVATION FUND GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $76,000.00,
THROUGH THE KENTUCKY GOVERNOR'S OFFICE FOR LOCAL DEVELOPMENT FOR
THE BLACKBURN COMMUNITY PARK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application and all
documents relating to same, requesting a 2008 Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant in the
amount of $76,000.00 through the Kentucky Governor's Office for Local Development for the
Blackburn Community Park Improvement Project. These funds will be used to construct one
regulation -sized basketball court and two outdoor shelters in Blackburn Park.
SECTION 2. Local matching funds in the cash amount of $76,000.00 will be
from an appropriation in the FY 2008 budget.
SECTION 3. This order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
